Refund & Return Policy

At Memory Love, every order is made just for you. Because our magnets are custom printed with your personal photos, all sales are final.

However, we stand behind our work. If your order arrives with a print defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will gladly reprint your order at no charge. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hellomemorylove@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective or damaged so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items Because all magnets are custom made to order with your personal photos, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Refunds If a reprint is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
